摘要
目的:探讨氧化应激与糖尿病及其并发症的相互关系。方法:从氧化应激引发糖尿病、糖尿病与氧化应激的相互影响、氧化应激与糖尿病并发症选三方面探讨氧化应激与糖尿病发病二者的关系。结果:氧化应激可引发糖尿病及糖尿病并发症、糖尿病与氧化应激互为诱导、相互加重。结论:氧化应激与糖尿病的发生发展相互影响,改善机体氧化应激反应是防治糖尿病发生发展的重要环节。
Objective： To approach the relationship between oxidative stress and diabetes and its complications. Methods： From the three aspects of oxidative stress inducing diabetes, the interaction of diabetes and oxidative stress, oxidative stress and diabetic complications, to approach the relationship of Oxidative stress and, diabetes. Results： Oxidative stress can lead to diabetes and complications while diabetes and oxidative stress can be mutually induced and aggravated. Conclusion： The interaction of Oxidative stress and diabetes on the occurrence and development together with the improvement of oxidative stress response are essential parts in the prevention and treatment of diabetes.
