摘要
罗茨转子是气体罗茨泵,罗茨鼓风机和罗茨流量计等仪器设备的核心部件,转子型线设计得合理与否决定了仪器的性能。本文提出了一种新的罗茨型线,完成该型线的数学建模,通过C语言编程得到一系列的型线上的啮合点的坐标,运用Solidworks得到完整的转子型线。本文还对新的罗茨型线进行分析,并与传统的罗茨型线进行比较,验证新型罗茨型线的优越性。
A novel type of Roots rotor,a core component ofa variety of mechanical instruments,including but not limited to Roots vacuum pump,Roots blower and Roots flowmeter,was designed. The profile of the new Roots rotor was empirically approximated,mathematically modeled; and a series of the coordinates of engagement points in the profile were numerically simulated with self-developed program written in C-language,and the complete profile of the novel Roots rotor was successfully designed with software Solid-works. The newly-designed Roots rotor profile outperforms the conventional involute Roots rotor profiles because of the many technical advantages,such as the smoother profile continuity,larger area utilization coefficient,smaller size,higher mechanical strength and easier fabrication.
