摘要
徐州城市群是中国城市群建设的重要组成部分,在目前的建设和规划中存在重政治经济而轻文化等诸多问题,为此应该从科学发展观的角度构建城市群的文化,强调以人为本的发展理念,把创新作为文化发展的灵魂,以实施文化资源的统筹和协调为基本方法,把文化能力的提升作为城市文化快速发展的主观条件和重要保障,这对提升徐州城市群综合竞争力,推动城市文化和经济社会的良性发展具有重要意义。
Xuzhou urban agglomeration, one major component of China＇s city groups, is not free from the problem of placing more emphasis on economy and politics than on culture in its current construction and planning. Therefore, it has become an urgent need to build the culture of this urban agglomeration according to the perspectives of scientific development, emphasizing the human--centered notion, placing innovation at the foremost, with overall planning and coordination as basic methods. The promotion of cultural power is sure to provide conditions and guarantee for the rapid development of urban culture, which is of great significance in upgrading the overall competitive power of Xuzhou urban agglomeration, and in promoting the sound development of urban culture, economy and society.
