摘要
针对导弹控制系统在地面综合测试中的测试需求,提出了分布嵌入式的测试方案,并设计了一种基于PC/104总线和CAN总线的高可靠、高精度、小体积的控制系统数据采集系统,详细介绍了该系统各功能模块的硬件电路设计,同时给出了软件设计流程;该系统能够在测控计算机的统一协调下,配合其他测试设备,完成对控制系统开关量、模拟量和频率信号的自动化测量,并上传测试结果,极大地提高了控制系统测试的自动化程度。
Aiming at the need of actual test to control system in the synthetic test of missile, a distributed and embedded test project has been presented, and a test system for missile control system with high reliability, high precision and small size based on PC/104 bus and CAN bus was designed. The circuit design of hardware and the software flow chart was described in detail. The test system measures the switch signals, analog signals and the frequency automatically with the cooperation of other test equipment under the control of the upper computer, and transmits the results back to the upper computer. The automation degree of the missile control system test is highly increased.
