摘要
导弹的动态测试是导弹测试中的一个重要组成部分,它贯穿于导弹的设计、使用、储存的整个生命周期,因此选取合适的动态测试方法对导弹测试来说有着重要的意义和作用;着重介绍了单一频率的正余弦信号动态测试法原理,在工程实现上,利用PC/104总线组建高可靠性、高精度的导弹动态测试系统,重点介绍了测试系统的软硬件设计;该系统不但能够自行产生测试所需的激励信号,而且能够自动完成数据采集、结果处理等任务,极大地提高了动态测试的自动化程度。最后对该系统的进一步扩展进行了阐述。
The dynamic testing of missile is a important part of the missile-tests,which prongs the period of design,use and store of missile,so that selecting one suitable dynamic testing method is very important for missile tests.A dynamic test method is introduced in this paper.And in engineering practice,a dynamic testing system based on PC/104 bus with high credibility, high precision,which is,is built up.The main research content in the thesis is the soft-hardware design of the testing system.The testing system gives all of the actuating signals we need,collects and processes the data automatically,then the automation degree of dynamic measuring is highly increased.The extended research of this dynamic test system is introduced at the end of the paper.
