摘要
观察了康莱特注射液（含薏苡仁中提取的中性油脂）对移植性肿瘤小鼠Ｌｅｗｉｓ肺癌、大鼠Ｗ２５６癌肉瘤、小鼠Ｂ１６黑色素瘤肺转移模型和移植于裸鼠的人体肝癌（ＱＧＹ）的疗效。结果表明，康莱特注射液对上述移植性肿瘤有明显的抑制作用，抑制率分别为７４．１％、５３．２％、７６．４％和８３．８％。
The antitumor activity of KangLaiTe injection——composed of neutral lipids extracted from the endosperm of a traditional Chinese medicinal herb (Coix lachsymajobi) against the animal transplantable tumors of Lewis lung carcinoma, W256 carcinoma, B16 melanoma lung metastasis model, and human hepatoma implanted into nude mice was studied. The results showed that KangLaiTe Injection could remarkably inhibit the tumor growth of the above transplantable tumors. The percentages of tumor inhibition were 74.1%, 53.2%, 76.4% and 83.8% respectively.
