摘要
研究了钛系催化剂STiC-01在聚酯聚合中的催化效果,并与常规乙二醇锑催化剂进行比较。结果表明:STiC-01催化剂催化缩聚反应的活性良好,明显优于锑系催化剂,合成的聚酯切片色泽优良。采用STiC-01催化剂消除了产品中的重金属,产品和生产过程符合环保要求,并可显著降低酯化反应温度,具有较好的节能降耗效果。
The catalytic effect of titanium catalyst (STiC -01 ) in polymerization of PET was studied and compared with the conventional catalyst (Sb2EG3). Result showed that STiC -01 had better activity for PET polycondensation reaction than Sb2EG3, and the PET chips had good color and luster. The PET chips produced by STiC -01 had no heavy metal so that this production and process were environmental friendly. In addition, STiC -01 could remarkably decrease the temperature of esterification, which realized good result of energy saving and consumption reduction.
