摘要 研究了纳米Ti/Si复合催化剂在聚酯反应中的催化特性,讨论了催化剂浓度、Ti/Si比、催化剂添加 方式等对聚合反应及产物的影响,并与常规聚酯催化剂醋酸锑进行了比较。结果表明:随着纳米Ti/Si复合 催化剂中Si含量的增加,催化剂浓度增大,PET缩聚反应时间缩短。相同反应条件下,Ti/Si比为94/6与 90/10的复合催化剂的催化活性约为醋酸锑的2倍;同时纳米Ti/Si复合催化剂对酯化阶段和缩聚阶段都有 较明显的催化作用。 The catalytic property of nano-Ti/Si composite catalyst for polyester preparation was studied. The effects of catalyst concentration, Ti-and-Si ratio and catalyst addition method on polymerization and product quality were discussed. The nano-Ti/Si composite catalyst was compared with regular antimony acetate catalyst. The results showed that the catalyst concentration was increased and the PET polycondensation time was shortened while increasing Si content in nano-Ti/Si composite catalyst. Ti/Si catalyst with the ratio of 94/6 or 90/10 had a catalytic activity 2 time higher than antimony acetate and offered great catalyst efficiency in the stages of esterification and copolycondensation under the same reaction condition.
