摘要
目的:探讨海军飞行员对生活质量的综合评价并与其他现役军官对照组分析,以为飞行员提供有针对性的整体疗养服务。方法:采用GQOLI-74生活质量综合评定问卷,对随机抽取的各52名入院疗养的飞行员和其他现役军官分别进行调查,数据采用x2,u检验进行统计分析。结果:飞行员整体生活质量综合评价略高于对照组(P<0.05),但在精神紧张度、躯体不适感、工作与学习等负性因子明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:飞行员自我评价与其工作性质、职业特点有一定关系,提示疗养服务应针对飞行员需求,以提高其疗养保健效果。
Objective ： To study the general self - evaluation of the Navy pilots＇life quality and analyze comparatively the other non -pilots officials. The purpose is to provide personal and full recuperating service. Methods： applying CQOLI - 74 questionnaire of the general self - evaluation of the life quality. Investigated by random among 52 pilots and other non - pilots officials who are accepted by the sanatorium respectively, the statistics is analyzed by Chi -square test and U test. Results：The general self- evaluation of the pilots＇life quality is slightly better than the contrast group （ the non - pilot officials） （ p 〈 0.05 ）, but meanwhile it is obviously worse than the contrast group in the ways as mental intension, health uncomfortable, work and study （ p 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions ： The self - evaluation of the pilots has a relation to the characteristic of the professions. Suggestions： Recovery service must do exactly according to the pilots＇ demands so that to improve the effect of the health care.
