摘要
目的探讨自制健康教育视频结合循证护理在重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)患者中的应用价值.方法选择2020年5月—2022年5月该院收治的78例SAP患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,各39例.对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取自制健康教育视频结合循证护理,均护理3个月.对比两组临床症状恢复情况、健康知识知晓程度、依从性、负性情绪、护理满意度及生活质量.结果观察组腹痛缓解、腹胀缓解、恢复排气时间均短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).护理后,观察组健康知识知晓评分、依从性评分、生活质量综合评定问卷中心理、躯体、社会功能及物质生活状态评分及护理满意度均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).护理后,观察组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论自制健康教育视频结合循证护理能够增强SAP患者健康知识知晓程度,减轻负性情绪,提高依从性,加快症状恢复,提升生活质量,且能够获得较高的护理满意度.
Objective To explore the application value of self-made health education video combined with evidencebased nursing in patients with severe acute pancreatitis(SAP).Methods A total of 78 SAP patients admitted to the hospital from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.Control group received routine nursing,observation group received self-made health education video combined with evidence-based nursing,with nursing for 3 months.The recovery of clinical symptoms,health knowledge,compliance,negative emotions,nursing satisfaction and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The time of abdominal pain relief,abdominal distension relief and exhaust recovery in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the score of health knowledge,the score of compliance,the score of psychological,physical,social function and material life status in the generic quality of life inventory-74 and the nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-made health education video combined with evidence-based nursing can enhance the health knowledge of SAP patients,reduce negative emotions,improve compliance,accelerate the recovery of symptoms,improve the quality of life,and can obtain higher nursing satisfaction.
