摘要
试验于2007年7月在湖南农业大学烟草工程技术中心进行,以苗期烤烟K 326和红花大金元(HD)为材料,模拟3个光照强度,研究了光照强度对烟草农艺性状、烟叶的光合作用参数及代谢产物含量的影响。结果表明:随着光强减弱,株高有增高趋势;茎粗、叶长、叶宽有减小的趋势,中等强度的光强可促进主根生长;随着光强减弱,光合速率降低,烟叶中叶绿素a、总糖、烟碱、多酚含量增加,叶绿素b、类胡萝卜素减小,Ch la/b减小,糖/碱增大。
The effects of illumination intensity on agronomic characteristics, photosynthetic parameters and content of metabolites of tobacco seedlings were studied with K326 and HD as materials in Research Centre of Tobacco Engineering and Technology, Hunan Agricultural University in 2007. The results showed that with the decrement of illumination intensity, the plant height increased, while the stem diameter, leaf length and leaf width decreased. Growth of taproot was promoted by illumination with medium intensity. With the decrement of illumination intensity, the photosynthetic rate declined, the contents of chlorophyll a, total sugar, nicotine and polyphenol in tobacco leaf decreased, while contents of chlorophyll b, carotenoid increased. At the sane time, the ratio of chlorophyll a to chlorophyll b was decreased, while the ratio of sugar to nicotine was increased.
