摘要
介绍了用于尼龙66熔体挤出法的改性蒙脱石粉体制备、性能及影响因素,将改性粉体同尼龙66、稳定剂、润滑剂等混合均匀后,用双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,制备的蒙脱石/尼龙66纳米复合材料拉伸强度97.4MPa、抗弯强度70.6MPa、缺口冲击强度6.0kJ/m2。
The synthesis, characterization and analysis of thermodynamics of Organic montmorillonite powders with melt extrusion Nylon 66 are reviewed in this paper. After organic montmorillonite is mixed with nylon 66 and stabilizer and lubricator etc, mixed complex is melted extrusion by using double spiral-lobe extruding machine and it is changed into nano-composites. The tensile strength of the materials was 97.4MPa, flexural strength 70.6MPa, notch impact strength 6.0kJ/m.
