摘要
桃林口水库承担着向秦皇岛、唐山两市城市和农业的供水任务，在水库调度运行中，需要及时对联合运用区有效天然径流量进行计算，以最大限度的利用区间径流水资源、合理核算各用水单位用水量。运用水箱水量平衡原理结合现代水利信息技术，对联合调度运用区有效径流计算方法和在实际调度中的应用进行了研究探讨，对类似水利工程调度管理有实际借鉴价值。
Taolinkou reservoir is in charge of the urban and agriculture water supply for Qinhuangdao and Tangshan city. In the scheduling and operation, the calculation of natural effective runoff for the united regional is needed in order to maximize the use of water resources and account the water for every department reasonable. It introduces the calculation method, uses the principle of water tank on water balance combined with modern information technology about water conservancy. It has reference value for similar hydraulic engineering on scheduling and management.
