摘要
时域反射计(TDR)是PCB行业检测产品的特征阻抗是否符合或达到预计要求的最主要的测试方法,也是解决信号完整性问题的主要手段。本文提出了一种基于时域反射计的信号采集系统的设计。首先讨论了时域反射计的测量原理和顺序等效采样方法。既而详细地介绍了数据采集、精密步进延迟等关键电路的设计实现。设计方案的正确性已在工程中得到验证。
Time Domain Reflectometry (TDR) is the mostly important testing method of detecting the products' characteristic impedance in PCB industry, Also it is the main means of solving the problems of signal integrity. This paper brings up a signal acquisition system based on time domain refleetometry. Firstly, the measurement principle of time domain reflectometry and the method of sequential sampling are discussed. And then, introduces the implementation of significant circuits,including data acquisition circuit and precision step delay circuit. Its correctnesshas been verified in the implement of the project.
