摘要
以浸金属碳材料为研究对象,在HST-100载流摩擦试验机上研究了不同摩擦条件下浸金属碳材料摩擦学性能与载流质量的变化。结果表明,速度对载流摩擦性能影响最大,当超过阈值70 m/s时,摩擦副材料载流质量和摩擦学性能显著降低,平均载流效率由98%降到67.8%,平均载流稳定性下降了83%,平均磨损率上升了510%。微观组织观察表明,随速度和电流增加,摩擦配副接触表面膜中金属膜占比逐渐减小、碳膜占比逐渐增大,载流质量和摩擦学特性随之降低。载流摩擦过程中,载流质量和摩擦学特性相互影响,在摩擦配副获得较高载流质量的同时,又具有良好的摩擦学特性,有利于提高材料的导电性、降低磨损。
Focusing on metal-impregnated carbon materials,the tribological properties and the current-carrying quality of metal-impregnated carbon materials were investigated on the HST-100 current-carrying friction tester under different friction conditions.The results reveal that the velocity has dominant influence on the current-carrying friction properties.When the threshold value of 70 m/s is exceeded,the current-carrying quality and tribological properties of the friction pair materials are significantly reduced,where the average current-carrying efficiency is reduced from 98%to 67.8%,and the average current-carrying stability is reduced by 83%,and the average wear rate is increased by 510%.Microstructure observations show that the proportion of the metal film is decreased and the proportion of the carbon film is increased gradually,so the current-carrying quality and the tribological properties are decreased gradually with the increase of the velocity and the current.In the process of current-carrying friction,the current-carrying quality and tribological properties are interplayed.Following the friction pairs with higher current-carrying quality,the good tribological properties are presented,which is conducive to improving conductivity and reducing wear.
