摘要
ERP的推广实际上是推式供应链在制造商企业中的应用,为了弥补推式供应链的不足,同时利用拉式供应链的优势,制造商纷纷采用推拉结合式供应链。分析了ERP的计划体系下推拉结合生产方式的局限性,即推拉结合式供应链能消灭部分库存,但是不能彻底消灭库存,仍然存在不少缺陷。同时也给出了相应的建议。
Promotion of ERP is the application of push supply chain in fact. In order to make up for the inadequacy of the push supply chain, and adopting the advantages of push supply chain, manufacturers have applied the hybrid push-pull supply chain. This paper focuses on the limitation of hybrid push-pull supply chain under ERP planning system. The hybrid push-pull supply chain can eliminate some of the stocks, but still can not wipe out inventory totally, There are many other shortcomings of hybrid push-pull supply chain. In the end of the paper, the author points out some suggestions.
