摘要
本文旨在研究玉米-小麦-豆粕型基础日粮中添加不同水平的维生素对肉鸡生产性能、胴体指标和抗氧化指标的影响。试验选用1024只1日龄罗斯308商品肉仔鸡,随机分为4组,每组8个重复。4个日粮处理组中维生素分别添加罗斯308商品肉仔鸡推荐水平的60%、80%、100%、130%。结果表明,日粮中提高维生素的添加水平对肉鸡生产性能和胴体指标影响不显著(P>0.05),但有降低胸肉中丙二醛(MDA)含量的趋势(P>0.05)。
This experiment was conducted to study the effects of different supplemental levels of vitamins to cornwheat-soybean-based diets on growth performance,carcass characteristics and antioxidant indexes of broiler chickens. 1024 1-day-old Ross 308 broiler chicks were obtained from a commercial hatchery and randomly divided to 4 dietary treatments with 8 replicates.Each supplemental level of vitamin in the diets of 4 treatments accounted for 60 %,80 %, 100 % and 130 % of the recommended levels of Ross 308,respectively.Resuhs showed that performance,and carcass characteristics of broiler chickens were not affected by different supplemental levels of vitamin in diets (P 〉 0.05),the content of MDA in breast muscle tended to decrease with increasing of supplemental level of vitamins(P 〉 0.05).
