摘要
为评估羊复合预混合饲料中VA和VD_(3)随贮存时间的稳定性,通过高效液相色谱法测定了羊复合预混合饲料不同贮存时间VA和VD_(3)的效价。结果表明,母羊、育肥羊复合预混合饲料在未额外添加维生素预混料的情况下,其本身VD_(3)含量可完全满足其营养标准需要量,分别超出标准7.72万IU/kg和6.46万IU/kg,而VA则不能满足其营养标准需要量,分别少于标准5.31万IU/kg和7.02万IU/kg。母羊复合预混合饲料中VA和VD_(3)含量贮存30 d时与生产日间差异不显著(P>0.05),贮存65 d时,VA和VD_(3)含量极显著低于生产日(P<0.01);育肥羊复合预混合饲料中VA和VD_(3)含量贮存56 d时与生产日间差异不显著(P>0.05),贮存100 d时,VA和VD_(3)含量极显著或显著低于生产日(P<0.01或P<0.05)。说明羊复合预混合饲料中VA和VD_(3)效价随着存贮时间的延长而逐渐衰减,适宜存贮时间母羊复合预混合饲料约30 d、育肥羊复合预混合饲料约56 d。
The purpose of this paper is to provide a reference basis for the establishment of a scientific addition scheme of VA and VD_(3),and the appropriate storage time of sheep feed in sheep production practice.In this experiment,the titers of VA and VD_(3)in sheep compound premixed feed stored for different time and vitamin premixed feed were determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),and the content and stability of VA and VD_(3)in sheep feed was evaluated.The results showed that the VD_(3)content of ewe and fattening sheep feed itself could fully meet their nutritional standard requirements,exceeding 7.72×10^(4) IU/kg and 6.46×10^(4) IU/kg respectively,while VA could not meet their nutritional standard requirements,lacking 5.31×10^(4) IU/kg and 7.02×10^(4) IU/kg respectively.The titers of VA and VD_(3)in sheep feed decreased gradually with the extension of storage time,and the suitable storage time was about 30 days for ewe feed and 56 days for fattening sheep feed.
