摘要
对实沸点蒸馏方法、假多元系法和蒙特卡罗法三种不同原油虚拟组分划分方法的基本思路、适用范围和应用情况进行了阐述和对比分析。结果表明:实沸点蒸馏法可靠,但无法得到全馏分数据,随着原油重劣质化趋势,该方法亟待改进;假多元系法优点是可以提供完整的馏分数据以用于加工方案制订和流程模拟研究,但不足之处在于插值精度有限,且对重劣质油尤其明显;蒙特卡罗法优点是虚拟组分直接构建于虚拟分子,信息量大,且结合分子反应动力学,所得结果还可直接用于原油加工过程中反应的数值模拟研究,不足之处在于抽样分析过程中,所用分析设备昂贵,同时受限于计算规模,所构建的虚拟分子数量和复杂性都还不足以完整再现真实的原油分子组成情况。
The basic concepts, application scope and application of 3 different characterization methods of crude oil, such as true boiling point distillation, pseudo-multi-element distillation and Monte Carlo method are described and analyzed. The results show that, the TBP distillation is reliable,but it is difficult to get complete data of full fractions. Therefore, as the crude oil becomes heavier, this distillation method needs to be improved. Pseudo-multi-element distillation offers complete data on fractions for planning and study on process flow simulation, but the disadvantage is that the interpolation has limited precision, especially for low quality heavy oil. Monte Carlo method' s advantage is that the pseudo-component can be directly used for constructing pseudo-molecules. The information volume is large and the results can be directly applied in the study on reaction data simulation in crude oil processing. The disadvantages are that the laboratory instruments for sample analysis are expensive and the number and complexity of constructed pseudo-molecules are not sufficient to reflect the true molecule compositions of crude oil as the application is limited by the scale of calculation.
