摘要
在盆栽条件下,对白芷分别接种Beg180、Beg193和白芷土著AM真菌,研究了不同AM真菌对白芷质量的影响。结果表明:接种Beg180、Beg193和白芷土著AM真菌,均可提高白芷叶片中总香豆素含量;接种Beg180和Beg193均提高白芷叶柄中的总香豆素含量,且Beg193的效果更为明显,但接种土著菌可明显降低白芷叶柄中的总香豆素含量;接种Beg193显著提高白芷根中的总香豆素含量和欧前胡素含量。对于白芷根部外部形态的影响,尤以土著菌最为显著。
The effects of AM fungi on the quality of Angelica dahurica inoculated Beg180,Beg193 and native AM fungi by pot culture were investigated. The results showed : the total coumains content in the leaves was promoted after in- oculating Beg180, Beg193 and native AM fungi;the total coumains content in the petiole increased by inoculating Beg180 and Beg193, and the effect was more distinct under the condition of inoculating Beg193, but the total coumains content in the petiole decreased by inoculating native AM fungi;the total coumains content and the imperarorin content were promot- ed significantly after inoculating Beg193. As for the external configuration of Angelica dahurica roots, the effect of the native fungi was the most significant.
