摘要
生态旅游环境教育具有纠正生态旅游的异化,使生态旅游真正发挥保护自然和人文生态,践行环境伦理,培植生态文化,造就"绿色"旅游消费者和"绿色"公民的功能。而现阶段生态旅游环境教育面临的诸多问题又妨碍了其应有功能的发挥。解决问题的对策有:加强对生态旅游环境教育的政策法规调控,提供多元化的经费保障,对环境教育内容和形式进行系统规划,对生态旅游者的环境行为实施监控和奖惩,吸引多元教育主体的联动和诸多社会力量的广泛参与,为环境教育提供坚实的科研保障。
Ecotourism has a function of rectifying the dissimilation of ecotourism,which makes eeotourism really protect the natural and human ecology,to practise environmental ethics,to cultivate ecological culture,to train "green" tourism consumers and "green" citizens. Yet,the function is being cumbered from being completely realised by the present problems. The countermeasures to the problem are:to fortifying the regulation in the eyes of policy and law;to provide multi- financial guarantee;to plan the content and form of the ecotourism environmental education systematically; to exert monitoring,praise and punishment on the tourists' behavior ;to attract multi-subjects to cooperate in taking part in the education and to provide firm scientific research guarantee for the education.
