摘要
服务外包是一种基于关系型契约的双边治理模式,它兼有市场和企业两种治理结构的某些优点,其核心治理机制是通过发包企业向接包企业开放其关键资源进入权,激励接包企业进行相应的人力资本专用性投资,进而形成长期稳定的合作共赢关系。服务外包有利于交易双方形成相对稳定高效的合作关系,拓展企业的经济边界,帮助企业在更大范围内整合知识和人力资源。
As a new form of hybrid organization between market and enterprises,services outsourcing takes unique advantages in human-capital-intensive service transaction.Services outsourcing is a bilateral relational-contract-based governance model,which holds the advantages of both firm and market.The key governance mechanism of service outsourcing is that the contract permits the contractor to have access to its critical resource in order to motivate the latter to make the human capital specific investment,which helps building up a stable win-win relationship.Services outsourcing could make the partnership stable and effective,and help enterprise exploit knowledge and human resource in a wider field.
