摘要
亚健康是处于健康与疾病之间的中间状态;亚健康属于未病范畴但不等于未病;亚健康中医证候以脏腑辨证及气血阴阳辨证为核心,湿、痰、热、郁、瘀、滞等不离其中,虚证为主、实证不可缺,虚实可互见。
Sub - health is in the intermediate state between health and disease; Sub - health is not sick but that does not mean health; sub - health TCM Syndrome Differentiation core is differentiation of syndromes of Yin Yang Qi Blood, and Zang-fu, it＇s etiological factors include wet, smear, heat, gloomy, blood hysteresis, stagnant, the deficiency syndrome is main, sthenia syndrome is seondary, deficiency - excess complex could be found.
