摘要
在铜电解过程中,粗铜中的有害杂质通过电化学溶解进入电解液并不断富集,从而严重影响阴极铜的质量,电解液及时净化对阴极铜质量有着重要的意义。本文阐述了铜电解过程中As、Sb、Bi等杂质的行为及影响,介绍了当今国内外净化除杂的研究现状,并对其发展前景进行了展望。
In the process of copper electrolysis, as the detrimental impurities play a vital effect on the quality of cathode copper that concentrate in the electrolyte increasingly by way of electrochemical dissolution from crude copper, it has a significant meaning to purify the electrolyte in time. In this paper, the behavior and effect of impurities as As, Sb, Bi in the process of copper electrolysis was elucidated, and the present situation on varieties of methods for impurities removal was introduced. Moreover, the future development for copper electrolyte purification was prospected.
