摘要
从热力学、电化学、溶液化学等方面,研究和探讨了细菌浸铜溶液体系中杂质的行为。结果表明,细菌浸出条件下,由于铜浸出体系酸度低、细菌的选择性浸出以及溶液化学行为,影响阴极铜质量的杂质在细菌浸出液中含量低。细菌浸出为萃取—电积制备超高纯阴极铜奠定了良好的基础。
The impurity behaviors in the solution system of bioleaching copper were studied and discussed by thermodynamics,electrochemistry and solution chemistry.The results indicated that the content of the impurities to influence on the quality of cathode copper is very poor in bioleaching solution due to lower acidity,bioleaching selectivity and chemical behaviors of solution.Bioleaching establishes significant technical advantage to preparing ultrahigh pure cathode copper by SX-EW process.
