摘要
针对工商管理专业校外实践教学效果欠佳的状况,作者认为主要原因在于现行工商管理专业校外实践教学过程中各个教学主体,特别是校外实践基地(企业)的利益无法得到有效满足。因此,文章系统分析了各教学主体在实践教学中的期望和利益诉求,并针对这些利益诉求,从制度机制、利益机制、监督机制等三个方面综合探讨了工商管理专业实践教学校企合作机制的构建。
Because of the ineffective performance in business administration major＇s practice education, the author analyzes the expectations and demands of teaching bodies in the practice education. In accordance with those demands, the paper explores how to construct cooperation mechanism between university and corporation in business administration major＇s practice education from institutional mechanisms, beneficial mechanism and monitoring mechanism.
