摘要
从高等工科院校管理学科“基地型”实验中心的研究背景出发，给出了“基地型”实验中心的基本内涵及目标功能定位，并结合沈阳工业大学实验中心的建设与改革实践对理论研究成果进行的验证。
This thesis mainly researches on the foundamental contents and its objective functions based on the background of base-type experiment center of management subject in college of engineering. And it testifies the theoretical research fruits integrated with the construction and reform practice in shenyang University of Technology.
