摘要
目前,我国高校普遍实行校院二级管理模式,档案管理也应与之相匹配。文章结合哈尔滨学院数学与计算机学院评建工作档案建设的实践经验,提出了高校二级学院档案建设与管理的新模式——"132"档案管理系统,并阐述了该系统的内涵及建设步骤和措施。实践证明,该系统的建立能更好地为学院的教学、科研和管理服务。
Since most universities have sub-schools,the archive management should match such administration. Based on the experience from the cooperation of schools of mathematics and computer in archive management,a new model is proposed 132 archive system. It is proved in practice that the system is beneficial for the school to offer a better managing service of teaching, research and administration.
