摘要
目的:对箭叶淫羊藿Epimedium sagittatum(Sieb.et Zucc.)Maxim.抗老年痴呆药理活性部位总黄酮提取物进行成分分析。方法:分别用分析型和制备型高效液相对淫羊藿总黄酮部位进行了分离制备,并通过光谱分析对得到的化合物进行成分确定。结果:从淫羊藿总黄酮部位分离鉴定了4个化合物:朝藿定A(epimedoside A),朝藿定B(epimedoside B),朝藿定C(epimedoside C),淫羊藿苷(icariin)。结论:箭叶淫羊藿总黄酮具有一定抗老年痴呆活性,总黄酮主要成分为淫羊藿苷、朝藿定A、朝藿定B、朝藿定C等。
Objective： To study the chemical constituents of total flavones from Epimedium Herb for anti senile dementia. Methods： The total flavones from Epimedium herb were isolated and repeatedly purified by analytical and preparative HPLC, they were identified and structurally elucidated by spectral analysis. Results： Four compounds were obtained. They were identified as Epimedoside A, Epimedoside B, Epimedoside C, Icariin. Conclusion： Epimedoside A, Epimedoside B, Epimedoside C and Icariin were the mostly components of total flavones from Epimedium herb for antisenile dementia.
