摘要
该文介绍超声波提取技术基本原理和特点,综述超声波技术在保健油脂提取中最新研究进展,同时分析超声波技术在保健油脂提取方面存在问题及将来研究方向。
In this paper, the basis principle and characters of ultrasonic extraction and the recent progress in health oil is reviewed. The existing problems and future research directions of ultrasonic extration in the health oil is also discussed.
