摘要
"全面发展即全面平庸"的认识是错误的,因为个体的全面发展是其追求并实现优秀、杰出乃至卓越的基础和前提。"全面发展会导致学生平均发展",因而要将教育方针更改为"重视学生的个性发展和协调发展"的主张也是欠妥当的,因为人的协调发展有赖于全面发展",全面发展"教育方针本身具有强烈的现实针对性,包含着对学生个性发展的重视。
It is wrong to consider the all-round development equivalent to comprehensive mediocrity, because all-round development of people is the basis and premise of one's excellence, preeminence or transcendence. It's also wrong to attribute the comprehensive mediocrity to all-round development. Thus, the proposition that changes educational policy from all-round development to emphasis of students' personality development and coordination development is also not proper because the coordination development relies on all-round development. Besides, all-round development policy itself has realistic pertinence and attaches importance to students' personality development.
