摘要
采用共沉淀法,以P123表面活性剂为模板剂,以无水乙醇为溶剂,分别制备了介孔ZnS前躯体和ZnS∶Mn2+电致发光材料。选择合适的退火温度,对退火后的样品进行了电致发光性能的研究。结果表明,介孔前躯体具有较高的比表面积、较窄的孔径分布和较高的孔隙率;煅烧后的ZnS∶Mn2+较纯ZnS的电致发光性能有了显著的改善。
Mesoporous ZnS precursor and Mn^2+ -doped ZnS electroluminescent material were prepared by co-precipitation method, using P123 as template and using the mixture of ethanol as solvent. SEM, XRD and nitrogen adsorption-desorption were used to analyze the obtained products. Then the electroluminescent property of the products was tested after annealing at the suitable temperature. Through removing the template, the products remained stably with high surface area, pore volume and narrow pore diameter distribution. The electroluminescent property of ZnS : Mn^2+ improved more observably compared with pure ZnS after annealing.
