摘要
                
                    纳米ZnS具有优异光、电、磁、催化、润滑等性能,应用前景广阔,但通常所制纳米ZnS粒径大,分布宽而应用受限。本文采用"胶体化学复合有机溶剂热"技术制备了粒径小,分布窄的表面修饰纳米ZnS,并运用红外,紫外-可见光谱,热重等技术对产物进行了表征。
                
                ZnS nanoparticles have widely applications because of their uniquely optical, electronic, magnetic, and tribiological property, However, the applications are restricted from their bigger particle size and wide distributions. In this paper, a solvothermal colloid chemistry technique was developed to prepare dispersible surface-modified ZnS nanoparticles. The infrared spectrum (IR), ultraviolet-visible spectra (UV-vis), and thermal-gravity analysis (TG) were used to characterize the product.
