摘要
报道一种新型便携式横向激励大气压CO2激光器。该激光器采用4节5号充电电池直流供电,在1 Hz重复频率条件下,可连续工作1 h。激光器整机(包括电源及控制系统)尺寸为200 mm×200 mm×360 mm,质量小于8 kg。激光器使用紫外电晕预电离方式,放电均匀、稳定。自由振荡情况下,激光脉冲输出能量达到35 mJ,输出脉冲宽度为70 ns。
A novel portable Transversely Excited Atmospheric pressure (TEA) CO2 laser is reported. The battery-powered laser can run stably about 1 hour at 1 Hz repetition rate. The size of the laser is 200 mm × 200 mm × 360 mm, and its mass is only 8 kg. The ultraviolet preionization makes the discharge even and stable, the output energy can be as high as 35 mJ under the circumstance of free oscillation, and the width of the light pulse is 70 ns.
