摘要
采用漫射红外成像法对脉冲CO2激光光斑进行了测量,分析了电扫描体制非制冷红外焦平面热像仪获取窄脉冲CO2激光光班的机理,解释了出现半光班现象的原因;并采用同步发射激光技术,保证了单次激光脉冲的完整、稳定捕获,得到了脉冲CO2激光相对光强分布及相关光束质量参数。
The pulse CO2 laser light spot is measured by the measurement of diffused reflection and infrared imaging.The mechanism of usign Uncooled IRFPA Camera with elect-scanning system to capture narrow-pulse CO2 laser is analyzed,and the cause of half-spot-light phenomena is explained;Furthermore,single pulse laser beam is captured fully and stably by synchronously triggering laser.Thus the relative intensity distribution and beam quality parameters of pulse CO2 laser we are obtained.
