摘要
种质创新作为甘薯育种的基础,对甘薯育种的发展起非常重要的作用。本文对通过有性杂交、体细胞杂交、理化诱变创新甘薯种质进行了总结归纳:对于杂交亲和组合,可通过嫁接诱导及短日照处理诱导开花,同时配合激素处理,加大近缘野生资源利用,提高结实率;对杂交不亲和组合可以通过体细胞杂交、激素处理结合子房、胚珠培养等克服杂交不亲和;遗传转化可打破基因连锁,创新种质;单倍体诱导的适宜期为单核期;自然变异、辐射诱变及化学诱变为有益突变体获得的主要途径;嫁接技术为基因水平转移开辟了一条新的途径;同时对今后甘薯种质创新技术研究的方向进行了展望。
Germplasms innovation as the basic of sweet potato breeding play an important role in the development of sweet potato breeding. In this paper, the germplasm innovation through sexual-cross, somatic embryo hybridization, physical and chemical of mutagenesis was summaried. Flowering was induced through both grafting and short-day, and at the same time hormone was used for improvement of ripening rate and making the best of wild species of sweet potato. Somatic hybridization, and the culture of ovary and ovule treated in hormone were used for overcoming cross-incompatible; Germplasms were innovated via genetic transformation; the monokaryotie stage was the optimal for haploid induction. Sporadic mutation, radiation induce mutation and chemomorphosis were the major methods of mutant induction. Grafting technology was a new method for horizontal gene transfer etc. and in the future the research direction of sweet potato innovative technique was proposed.
