Application of Problem-based Learning in an Introduction to General Practice

摘要 目的:了解医学生对全科医学概论中PBL教学方式的评价,为今后本门课程中进一步开展PBL教学提供依据。方法:采用问卷调查七年制本硕连读临床专业学生34名。结果:41.2%的学生在自我评价中认为自己在PBL教学过程中表现比较好;73.5%的学生认为同学参与积极性较高;82.4%的学生认为教师案例选择比较好,91.2%的学生认为教师PBL带教水平比较高;73.5%的学生对本次PBL教学表示满意;学生认为本门课程采用PBL教学法的平均学时数为8学时。结论:在全科医学概论课中采用PBL教学方式是可行的,但需加强对教师和学生的培训以及取得学校及临床教学医院教学管理部门的支持。 Objective: To investigate the application of problem-based learning in an introduction to general practice for the 7- year clinical medical undergraduates and to provide some evidences to develop the PBL in the course in future. Method, There were totally 34 clinical medical undergraduates selected to respond the questionnaire. Results: 41.2% of the students were satisfied with their performance during the PBL n the curriculum and 73.5% of them thought their classmates were active discussion. 82.4% of the students said the PBL case was appropriate and 91 them were satisfied with the tutors. 73.5% of the students were contented w in the 2% of PBL in the curriculum. The students thought the suitable PBL learning hours in the course was eight. Conclusion, It is feasible to adopt the PBL in an introduction to general practice: To ensure the successful implementation of PBL, the key factors are training of both faculty and students and strong support from teaching administrators of every level in the university.
