摘要
32例应用西妥昔单抗联合化疗治疗,晚期恶性肿瘤的毒副反应观察与护理。护理重点:用药前给予针对性的心理护理;使用时严格遵循用药方法;用药后密切观察毒副反应,及时作出处理和相应的护理干预。本组治疗过程中2例出现过敏反应,3例出现Ⅲ°皮疹,经对症处理后好转,所有患者均按时完成了药物治疗。
This paper introduce the observation and nursing care of toxicity reactions in thirty-two advanced cancer patients treated with cetuximab combined chemotherapy. The nursing measures focused on pre-treatment psychological nursing,strictly abiding by the cetuximab combined chemotherapy protocols,as well as close monitoring and nursing interventions of toxicity reactions. All the thirty-two patients accomplished the cetuximab combined chemotherapy. During the drug therapy,two patients suffered from allergic reaction and three patients with grade Ⅲ skin rash. All the toxicity reactions were alleviated after treatment.
