摘要
发展团队心理安全对于促进团队学习和创新、提升团队绩效具有重大意义。本文就国内外团队心理安全理论的研究成果进行文献综述,介绍团队心理安全相关概念及其测量量表,归纳其形成的前置影响因素,总结其后效影响的研究及结论;最后,对团队心理安全的研究现状进行评述,并提出几个今后可拓展的研究方向。
To develop team psychological safety is of great significance to promote team learning and innovation, and to enhance team performance. This paper conducts a literature review of foreign and domestic researches on the team psychological safety theory, including the introduction of the concept definition and measure tools of team psychological safety; the summary of the cause and factor of its formation; and also the conclusion of its aftereffect. It also discusses statusquo of the relevant researches and future directions of the research on team psychological safety.
