摘要
进入知识经济时代,知识创造对于企业的发展变得越来越重要。然而,目前关于知识创造的研究更多基于个体和团队层面且主要探讨其前因影响因素,基于整个组织层面对其后果影响机制进行研究的相关成果非常少。本文以北京和广州的企业为样本,以组织的知识创造为前因变量,对知识创造是否以及如何通过技术创新和核心能力来影响组织绩效进行了实证研究。研究结果表明:知识创造除了知识可以提升核心能力外,还可以通过技术创新来增强企业的核心能力,而技术创新则只能通过核心能力来提升企业的绩效水平。技术创新在知识创造与核心能力之间只起着部分中介的作用,核心能力在技术创新与组织绩效的关系中起着完全中介的作用。
With the advent of knowledge economy, it's important to create and utilize the knowledge effectively. However, current research on knowledge creation most was mostly based on individual and team level, focused more on antecedents of knowledge creation, its outcome based on organizational level is quite rare. Based on samples of Beijing and Guangzhou enterprises, the predicting effect of knowledge creation on the organizational performance is explored. Results reveal that besides knowledge creation has a direct and significant impact on the technological innovation, knowledge creation can also influence core competence through technological innovation, but technological innovation influence organization performance only through core competence. Technological innovation takes a partially mediating role between knowledge creation and core competence, and core competence takes a fully mediating role between technological innovation and organization performance.
