摘要
社区卫生机构有效和高质量的服务,必须建立在良好的医患沟通基础之上,介于社区卫生服务对象的特殊性及服务功能的多样性,沟通工作在这一领域里显得尤为重要,本文从两个方面谈谈如何将沟通技巧应用于实践。①注重沟通的内涵建设:认识沟通的意义及分类;全面学习全科医学知识;学习相关心理学知识;加强语言修养。②沟通技巧的应用:在重要环节上下工夫,如接诊中的沟通,护理治疗中的沟通,入户服务中的沟通,电话回访及跟踪服务中的沟通,团体沟通等;掌握语言类沟通技巧;掌握非语言类沟通技巧。
The effective and high-qualily community health services should base on good communication between physician and patient. Communication is very important in view of the specificity of the clients and diversity of service. This article includes two parts: 1 the connotation construction of communication which involves learning the implication and classification of the concept, across-the-board learning of general practice, relative learning of psychology and strengthening language cultivation ;2 the application of communication skill,which involves paying much attention to critical process such as communication in receiving patient, communication in treating, communication in home service communication in phone-call service and tracking service and group communication together with mastering communication skill of language and non-language.
