暗紫贝母乙醚萃取物的GC-MS分析 被引量:12

摘要 目的采用气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC-MS)分析暗紫贝母鳞茎75%乙醇提取物用乙醚萃取后得到化合物的化学成分。方法采用乙醇回流提取制得浸膏,再将浸膏加水混悬后用乙醚萃取,制得乙醚萃取物,运用GC-MS技术对乙醚层化学成分进行研究,并应用色谱峰面积归一化法测定各组分的相对百分含量。结果从暗紫贝母鳞茎乙醚萃取物中鉴定出13种成分。结论GC/MS方法简便、快速、灵敏度高,用此方法对暗紫贝母化学成分进行分析,可进一步提高对暗紫贝母药效物质基础的认识。 Objective To detect the chemical composition in bulb of Fritillaria. unibiacteata which were extracted with ether after extracted by 75% ethanol. Methods The chemical constituents of Fritillaria. unibiacteata were firstly extracted by 75% ethanol and gained its soak ointment, then water was added in the soak ointment which extracted by ether, the ether fraction were analyzed by GC/MS. The relative contents of the components were determinated by area normalization. Results The 13 kinds of components were determined. Conclusion The GC - MS is a simple, rapid and sensitive method for the chemical composition analysis. Using GC/MS to analyze the chemical constituents of Fritillaria. unibiacteata can improve the basic understanding of pharmacodynamic action.
