摘要
体育场馆经营管理模式分为建设阶段的建设模式和建成后运营阶段的运营模式。在建设模式中,分别分析了国有体育场馆、私有体育场馆和合资体育场馆的建设模式;在运营模式中,分别分析了全额预算管理、差额预算管理、承包与租赁以及现代企业管理等运营模式。在此基础上,总结了目前我国体育场馆建设与运营模式的现状,并展望了其未来发展趋势。
The management modes for the sports facilities include the construction modes and the management mode. The construction modes were analysed differently about the public sports facilities, private sport facilities and public- private sports facilities. The management modes were analysed differently about the total budget, part budget, rent and enterprise management. Base on these, the present situation on management modes was summed up, and the developing trend was forecasted in China.
