摘要
采用MM1000摩擦磨损测试仪,考察了石墨、煅后焦及其含量对铁路货车用合成闸瓦摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明:添加石墨的试样随着石墨含量的增加摩擦系数逐渐降低,试样在高制动初速度下的摩擦系数较低制动初速度下的摩擦系数逐渐降低,试样在高制动初速度下摩擦曲线不稳定;添加煅后焦的试样摩擦系数不管是在低制动初速度下还是在高制动初速度下波动不大,随着煅后焦含量的增加,试样摩擦系数先降后增,添加5%煅后焦的试样,随制动初速度的增加摩擦系数先降后增。
The influence of graphite, calcined coke and its content on railway freight car brake pad with synthetic effects of friction and wear properties were analyzed by using MM 1000 friction and wear apparatus.The results showed that the friction coefficient of the sample gradually reduced with the increase of graphite content, the friction coefficient of the sample under the condition of high speed braking was less than under the condition of low speed braking. Under the condition of high speed braking the friction curves of the sample were unstable. After the calcined coke content was added, the friction coefficient of the sample was not fluctuant whether under the condition of low speed braking or under the condition of high speed braking. With the increase of calcined coke content, the friction coefficient of the sample dropped first and then increased. When the sample contained 5% of calcined coke, the friction coefficient dropped first and then increased with the increase of the speed braking.
