摘要
通过将梳脱式收获机工作原理逐步展开,对其部分理论问题进行了探讨,分析了梳脱工艺流程结构方案及使用过程中几个关键技术因素对性能的影响,并通过试验加以对照和验证,得出梳脱滚筒离地高度、机器前进速度以及气体流场效应等因素对梳脱损失具有重要影响。
オome problems in the stripping harvesters have been under development by means of making progressively the principles known on which the machine works. The technological process, the construction of stripping headers and several key technical parameters in use are analysed, which have influences on working performance. And the evaluations are made in experimental form. From this, we obtain the result that some factors, such as the working height of the stripping rotor, the effect of the airflow field, and so on, are very important to stripping header losses.
