摘要
采用乙醇回流法提取诃子有效成分,并研究诃子提取液染色及媒染后真丝织物的抗紫外线辐射性能。结果表明:诃子最佳提取工艺参数为乙醇体积分数50%,温度50℃,固料比1∶40,时间2h;诃子提取液对织物的染色优化条件为提取液体积分数为30%~50%,温度80℃,pH4,时间40min,且染色后真丝织物的UPF值达到27.4;进一步经铝离子媒染后,UPF值增加到37.9;经过30次水洗之后,直接染色以及媒染织物的UPF值仍保持在20以上。表明诃子提取液染色后织物具有良好的抗紫外线性能。
This article uses ethanol refluxing method to extract effective ingredients of terminalia chebula and researches anti-ultraviolet performance of silk fabric after mordant dyeing with extracts of terminalia chebula. The results showed: the optimum extraction parameters of terminalia chebula is that the volume fraction of ethanol 50 %, temperature 50 %, ratio of material 1 : 40, time 2 h; the optimized dyeing condition of extraction in terminalia chebula is the volume fraction 30 %-50 %, temperature 80 ℃, pH 4, time 40 min, and the UPF of silk fabric is 27.4 after dyeing; after further post mordant dyeing of aluminum ion, the UPF goes up to 37.9; after 30 times water wash, UPF of direct dyeing and dyeing fabric remains above 20. This indicated that the extraction of terminalia chebula had good anti-ultraviolet performance after dyeing.
