诃子抗番茄晚疫病原菌有效成分提取条件的优选

OPTIMIZATION OF EXTRACTION CONDITIONS OF ANTI-TOMATO-LATE-BLIGHT COMPONENTS FROM TERMINALIA CHEBULA RETZ

摘要 本实验以番茄晚疫病原菌为供试菌,抑菌圈直径的大小作为抑菌效果的判定指标,研究了诃子中具有抑菌效果的提取物的提取条件,并测定了其最小抑菌浓度和最小杀菌浓度。结果表明:诃子抗番茄晚疫病原菌有效成分提取的最佳工艺条件为:提取剂为水、提取温度60℃、料液比1∶15、提取时间3 h、提取次数2次。在此条件下诃子粗提液对番茄晚疫病原菌的抑菌圈直径为29 mm,抑菌效果最佳。通过实验发现诃子粗提液对番茄晚疫病原菌的最小抑菌浓度为2 mg/mL,最小杀菌浓度为3.9 mg/mL。 In this study,Tomato late blight was used as the test bacteria,and the inhibition effect was detected by Oxford cup method,the extraction conditions of the antibacterial extracts from Terminalia chebula Retz were studied,the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) and minimal fungicidal concentration(MFC) were measured. The results showed the best method of extracting antibacterial substances in Terminalia chebula Retz was as followed:water(ratio of solid to liquid 1∶15) was used as the solvent,extracting condition was 60℃ for 3 h,repeated for two times. At this point,the inhibition zone for tomato late blight reached 29 mm.The MIC was 2 mg/mL and the MFC was 3.9 mg/mL.
