摘要
地下车站土建工程在实施期间容易遇到施工索赔问题。分析了施工索赔的特点与发生的形式。在工程实施过程中,监理只有通过有效的管理手段对施工索赔问题进行管理,才能确保工程顺利实施。在施工索赔的处置过程中,监理工程师应坚持公正公平、事实求是、协商一致、及时处理、不索不赔、损失才赔的原则。
There are often many claims in the process of metro station construction. This paper analyzes the characteristic and forms of the claims, argues that in the process of station construction the supervision shall take effective measures to manage the claims, to make the execution reasonable on the principles of seeking truth from facts, and pay compensation only for just claims.
