论学校归属感的教育意蕴 被引量:41

摘要 学校对学生吸引力的下降引发对学生学校归属感的追问,学校归属感是学生对学校的认同与卷入,是学生在学校身份适配、情感有依、心灵可栖的状态,它是学生在学校适意生活的表征,对学生自我概念的发展、有意义生活的获得以及生命效能感的增强具有积极促进作用。学校要"以生为本",通过熟悉、认同、参与、卷入四个环节促进学生学校归属感的发展。
