摘要
目的:探讨低氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)在腮腺恶性肿瘤中的表达及临床意义。方法:采用S-P免疫组化法对48例腮腺恶性肿瘤及30例腮腺良性肿瘤、15例正常腮腺组织检测HIF-1α。结果:1HIF-1α在腮腺恶性肿瘤中的阳性表达率为75.00%,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2HIF-1α的表达与肿瘤有无淋巴结转移和临床分期有关(P<0.05)。结论:HIF-1α在腮腺恶性肿瘤高表达,HIF-1α可能与腮腺恶性肿瘤的生物学行为密切相关。
Objective： To investigate the expression of HIF-1α in parotid malignant tumor and its clinical significance. Methods：The expressions of HIF-1α in 48 cases of parotid malignant tumor, 30 cases of parotid Benign tumor and 15 cases of normal parotid tissue were detected by the immunohistochemitry S-P method. Results：The positive rate of the HIF-1α expression in parotid malignant tumor was 75.00%,with a significant difference compared with control group （P〈0.05）; The positive expression of HIF-1α was Closely correlation clinical stage and lymph node metastasis （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The positive expression of HIF-1αin parotid malignant tumor, may be closely related to the biological behavior of the tumor.
